4.Material:
Aluminum rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.3-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.0280Ωmm²/m. Copper rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.2-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.01724Ωmm²/m. Insulation thickness and breakdown voltage are as follows,

When the wide and narrow sides of the fibreglass wrapped enamelled wire bend on the round rod, the diameter of the rod have to follow the table blew, the insulation should not crack.
